Refunds and returns policy
At OKO MOMENTS, we do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our professional customers. However, in the event of a problem with an order, we have put in place a clear return and refund policy, applicable only to defective or non-compliant products.
In the event of receipt of a non-conforming Product, and subject to the provisions of these GCS, the Customer is entitled to return the non-conforming Product within thirty 14 days after receipt of the Product.
The customer will enclose a copy of the invoice and the return form sent by the customer relations department, which will have been requested in advance by email: retours@okomoments.com
OKO Moments will check the Product for non-conformity, which, if confirmed, will automatically result in a refund to the Customer. This refund will be made to the bank account debited when the Product was ordered within thirty 14 days of receipt by OKO Moments of the non-conforming Product.
This refund will also include the reimbursement of the initial delivery costs if all the Products delivered are returned.. If the entire order is not returned in its entirety, no refund of the initial delivery charges will be made.
All risks related to the return of the Product remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The warranty does not cover Products damaged in transit or as a result of misuse.
